The first call is free, and it lasts as long as it needs to.
If we are not a fit, I will tell you. If you should wait six months and stack cash, I will tell you that too. Honest conversations beat fast ones every time.
I am Diana Undergust. I help people find homes on Grand Lake o' the Cherokees. I think the best real estate experiences feel less like a sales process and more like a friend with a clipboard.
Who you are working with
I am Diana Undergust, and I help people find homes on Grand Lake o' the Cherokees. My family is originally from Henryetta, Oklahoma. After my father finished his military service he worked at the Nevada Test Site and later joined the City of Las Vegas Fire Department, so I grew up in Henderson, Nevada and attended a small Christian school. That upbringing shaped the way I work, steady, honest, and people first.
I have been in full time real estate since I was 23. Over the years I served as a corporate broker for national homebuilders and worked as a sales and marketing executive, which taught me how to position a property for the right buyer at the right price. In 2006 I was recognized as the top selling agent in the luxury market in Summerlin.
In 2017 I bought my home on Grand Lake as a getaway. By 2022 it had become my full time residence. Living on the water is the reason I can tell you how a cove faces, how the morning light hits a dock, and how the lake level changes the feel of a shoreline through the season. I do not read that out of a brochure, I live it.
My husband and I raised four children, all of whom live within a few hours of the lake, and we now have six grandchildren who spend their summers boating, tubing, and swimming off the dock. When I am not working, my husband and I are master divers who love to travel, and I recently fell for pickleball with the rest of the lake community.
I chose Lake Homes Realty because I believe a lake home is more than a house. It is a place that turns ordinary weekends into the memories a family keeps. That is the work I care about.
If we are not a fit, I will tell you. If you should wait six months and stack cash, I will tell you that too. Honest conversations beat fast ones every time.
Five well chosen properties beat fifty mediocre ones. Your time matters. So does mine. So does the seller's. Pretending a bad fit is a maybe wastes all three.
Dock permits. Flood elevation. Septic field. Lake easements. HOA covenants. These are the things that decide whether you love the home in year three.
Contingencies exist for a reason. I will not pressure you to waive an inspection so we can win a bidding war. If a deal falls apart for a good reason, that is the system working.
For the regulators and the people who like to know.
I want to partner for a career. Not a transaction.Diana Undergust
Tell me what brought you to the lake. I will tell you what I know about the market right now, and we will figure out together whether the timing is right.
