Who operates this site
This site is operated by Diana Undergust, a licensed real estate agent affiliated with Lake Homes Realty, LLC (Oklahoma License 210808). The site was designed and is technically administered by ThatDeveloperGuy (Joseph W. Anady) under contract to Diana.
What this site is, and is not
Homes On Grand is an informational and contact site for Grand Lake o' the Cherokees real estate. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell property, a solicitation of an offer, or a representation that any specific property is available. Property searches and live listing inventory are provided through Lake Homes Realty at lakehomes.com, which has its own terms and privacy policy. This site does not publish MLS listing data.
No agency relationship by browsing
Reading this site, or sending a message through the contact form, does not by itself create a real estate agency or fiduciary relationship. A representation relationship begins only when you and Diana sign a written agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential information you would not want shared.
No professional advice
Content here is general information, not legal, tax, financial, or appraisal advice. Lake property involves dock permitting, shoreline rules, flood elevation, and financing details that vary by property. Verify anything important with the appropriate licensed professional before you rely on it.
